My name is Sandy Corso and I started Peaceful Company 6 years ago out of a two-bedroom apartment.  I had a vision for a company that would consistently give back to the world. I knew it would be hard work to build and sustain a company, but with faith and determination it could be done. We now have a warehouse, offices, and employees.  From the outset we pledged to donate 1% of our sales or 10% of our profits (whichever is greater) annually to grassroots nonprofit organizations. Certainly that has not always been easy—but despite building a company with very few resources, we are proud that we continue to keep our promise.  Additionally, we are a member of Patagonia's One Percent for the Planet and work with American Forest in their tree-planting projects.

Peaceful Company was founded on one clear principle: to encourage the adoption of a peaceful life. Our products are carefully chosen with the goal of bringing a greater sense of serenity to our busy lives. Because of what Peaceful Company is, I have a strong commitment to maintain the highest environmental standards possible. All our packaging materials are recyclable and biodegradable.

Prema is an enchanting girl who lives in Topanga Canyon, California. We have commissioned her to join Peaceful Company and review products for us. From time to time she magically visits the site and updates her favorite stuff. Prema is lucky because she has a cool job and she lives in a tree house not far from the Pacific Ocean. We send her all our products and she spends her days trying them out.
